Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong item

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

 


If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.


To be eligible for a return under this policy:

 

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase

 


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 


 

 

Refunds (EU orders only, where applicable)

 


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
