Excellent Quality, including customer service

I mistakenly ordered a larger size thinking these might come from India. Only to find that the sizes are true, and the one I received was way to big.
I left a honest review and customer service got in touch. Now I thought I'd lost out, thinking I was dealing with one of the many pop companies you get.
I was totally wrong, this is a small family run business and it was a fresh experience for someone's customer service to actually get in touch after a review. These guys care about their product and customer care. The quality of the material is good, I had a winch on the size. And thought that was the end of it.
How wrong and shocked was I, when I found a new t shirt was sent out, that was the right size, note I didn't ask for a refund or replacement, i just keft a honest review and moved on.
It was my own mistake for thinking they was coming from abroad.
. I will be returning to purchase more from this company,, credit given where credit is due. Great customer service as it should be. Good job guys

Good Quality T-shirts, epic prints and accurate sizing.

The T-shirt medium size I received was off good quality and fit and the print was great.
Unfortunately, I had ordered the back print version in error but after contacting Triptees customer support they agreed to send me a front print version free of charge. I'll definitely buy from this company again.
